Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep your remaining Launch Plan / Listing Audit credits until the end of the current billing period.

If our system fails to generate a Launch Plan or Listing Audit — for example, Amazon blocks the listing fetch or an AI step times out after retries — your credit is automatically refunded to your account, usually within seconds. You'll see the updated balance in your dashboard. No support ticket needed.

If your credit isn't restored within 5 minutes, email support@launchaudit.ai with the report you tried to run and we'll restore it manually as soon as possible. (Refund requests are logged so we can spot abuse, but legitimate failures are always honored — no questions asked.)
